This policy explains what personal data Verbosys collects through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We keep it short and plain — if anything is unclear, just email us.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Verbosys (“we”, “us”), which is responsible for your personal data as the data controller.

2. What data we collect
We only collect data that you choose to send us through the contact form or by email:
- your name and work email address;
- your company name and team size (optional);
- the services you are interested in and the content of your message.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider may automatically process technical data such as your IP address and browser type, which is needed to deliver the page securely. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and discuss a possible collaboration — based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To keep a record of our business correspondence — based on our legitimate interest in running our business (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
We never sell your data and never use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us run this website and our communication:
- Website hosting provider — to deliver the website to you;
- Email provider — to receive and reply to your messages;
- Web3Forms (form-handling service) — to deliver contact-form messages to our inbox;
- Google Fonts — the website loads its typefaces from Google, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up discussion, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact — unless we enter into a contract, in which case the contract's retention rules apply.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have it corrected if it is inaccurate;
- have it deleted;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- receive it in a portable format.
To use any of these rights, email privacy@verbosys.com. We will reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority — in Lithuania this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
7. Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to messages is limited to the people who need it to answer you.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services evolve. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
